FAQ

Common questions

How is the health score calculated?

Every device starts at 100. Approaching or expired warranty, approaching or ended OS support, open service records and age over 3 or 5 years reduce the score. The result is shown as A (85+), B (65+), C (40+) or D.

Can I import my existing spreadsheet?

Yes. CSV import loads branches, staff and hardware in bulk; a device with the same serial number is never added twice.

Which documents does invoice reading support?

PDF and photos (JPEG, PNG). The fields read fill the form, and you review them before saving.

What happens to retired devices?

They are marked as scrapped with a note and photo, and leave the active inventory and health score.
