For content that customers upload to or write on the panel (files, notes, tickets, records, public status pages), Teknik Danışman is a hosting provider under Turkish Law No. 5651. It does not review this content in advance; when notified of unlawful content it removes access to it. Responsibility for the content lies with the customer who uploaded it.
How it works
- Fill in the form, or send the same details to legal@teknikdanisman.net . You receive a reference number by email.
- We review your notice within 24 hours. Where needed we inform the customer who uploaded the content; we share your identity only where legally required.
- Access to content found infringing is removed. We email you the outcome and the reasoning.
- Court, prosecutor or regulator decisions can be sent to the same address. Your right to apply to the courts is reserved.
