Do employees need a panel login?

No. Each employee gets a personal portal link for requests, history and cancellation.

Which access control systems are supported?

Two ways: a small agent on your server pushes records, or the panel connects to the system database (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and reads them.

Can I edit the templates?

Yes. Add fields from the variable list in the editor; they fill in when you choose an employee.

How is personal data protected?

Each company's data lives in its own database, access is limited by branch and module permissions, and sensitive actions are written to an audit log.
