Teknik Danışman is a web-based IT asset management software service (SaaS). The modules and limits of the selected plan are listed on the Pricing page and in the Terms of Service. The service is used in a current web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) with an internet connection; no software needs to be installed. Nothing is delivered physically.
The total price above includes VAT. There is no delivery, installation or other additional cost. Payment is taken once for the selected period by card through PayTR Payment ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. with 3D Secure; card data is not shared with us. The subscription does not renew automatically and the card is not charged again. The invoice is issued electronically in TRY.
The service is performed electronically and starts immediately after the payment is approved: the plan is activated on the account and remains available until the end of the period above.
As a rule, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Under Art. 15/1-ğ (services performed instantly in electronic form) and Art. 15/1-h (services whose performance starts with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, this right does not apply to this service, because you confirm at checkout that you want the service to start immediately after payment.
Independently of the statutory right, the first purchase of an annual plan can be fully refunded within 15 calendar days (see the Cancellation & Refund Policy). Refund requests: support@teknikdanisman.net or in writing to the address above.
The contract runs for the period above and ends at its end without renewal. You can cancel from the My Membership page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. What happens to the data after the period is described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Complaints: support@teknikdanisman.net. A consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court of their place of residence or of the place of the transaction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
Article 1 — Parties. The seller in section 1 and the buyer in section 2 of the Pre-Information Form.
Article 2 — Subject. Provision of the service described in sections 2 and 3 for the stated period against the stated price. The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and, where the buyer processes personal data in the panel, the Data Processing Agreement form part of this agreement; in case of conflict, this agreement prevails for consumer buyers.
Article 3 — Price and payment. As in section 4 of the Pre-Information Form.
Article 4 — Performance. The seller activates the plan as soon as the payment is approved and provides the service until the end of the period, subject to the service levels in the Terms of Service.
Article 5 — Withdrawal. The buyer has confirmed at checkout that the service starts immediately; the right of withdrawal does not apply under Art. 15/1-ğ and h of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The voluntary refund in section 6 is reserved.
Article 6 — Disputes. Turkish law applies. For consumer buyers the mandatory provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, including the competence of the Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Court of the consumer's residence, are reserved. For other buyers the dispute clause of the Terms of Service applies.
Article 7 — Entry into force. The agreement is concluded electronically when the buyer ticks the confirmation box on the payment screen and the payment is approved. A copy filled with the order details is sent to the buyer's e-mail address after payment and is kept by the seller.
