Common questions

Do seasonal staff need panel accounts?

No. Staff use a personal portal link for leave requests and IT support; panel accounts are only for managers and the IT team.

Can foreign staff and partners use it?

Yes. The panel, portal, WhatsApp assistant and notifications work in English too; the language choice is saved to the account.

How is attendance tracked with shift work?

Clock-in records arrive automatically from your access control device; leave is requested and approved through the staff portal.

What about devices moved between properties?

A device moves from one branch to another in one click; its assignment and service history move with it.
