What's new in Teknik Danışman over the last two weeks?

From remote help to an inventory agent, from approvals on WhatsApp to a recycle bin: updates that save time for your IT team and your staff.

Support and remote help

Remote help

Staff download a small program from the portal and enter the ID it shows in their request; the technician connects from the ticket in one click. The connection runs through our own server, is end-to-end encrypted and never starts without the staff member's approval.

Self-service request catalog

Ready-made requests instead of a blank form: device fault, password, new software, new device, folder access, internet, email. Each asks its own questions, so the ticket opens with the right category and priority and the team is notified at once.

Files on tickets

Photos and PDFs uploaded in the panel, received by support email or sent on WhatsApp are saved to the ticket; files attached to a reply go out with the email.

Virus scanning

Every file uploaded or received from outside is scanned before it is saved.

Hardware and inventory

Windows inventory agent Pilot

An agent installed on the computer reports hardware, installed programs, disk usage and the Active Directory user to the panel on its own. It suggests who the device belongs to but never changes the assignment without your approval.

Handover form in the device documents

When a device is assigned, the handover form is added to its documents as a PDF; you decide when to send it to the employee.

Device documents

Invoices, service reports, warranty papers: drag them onto the device card or send them on WhatsApp and pick the device.

Device history

Assignments, service, changes and tickets on a single timeline.

One-click remote connection

Open AnyDesk, RustDesk or TeamViewer straight from the device card.

Automatic end of support

End-of-support dates are calculated from the operating system and you are warned about unsupported devices.

WhatsApp assistant

Tickets on WhatsApp

Open, reply to and resolve tickets; replies and a morning summary arrive on WhatsApp.

Approve with a button

Leave requests, renewal approvals and paid marks with one button; records change only on your explicit choice.

Records from a photo

Send a photo or PDF of a policy or invoice; an insurance, hardware or payment record is prepared with a summary and saved when you confirm.

Device label

Send a photo of the QR label on a device to get its card and the option to open a ticket for it.

Field visit appointments

Book from the panel or WhatsApp, with a calendar invite and reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before.

Voice messages and English

Ask by voice; it replies in English to anyone who writes in English.

Security and continuity

Recycle bin

Deleted branches, employees, devices, licenses and payments can be restored with their related records for 30 days.

Active sessions

See the devices where your account is signed in and sign one or all of them out remotely.

Hourly backups

The database is backed up every hour, with encrypted copies at two separate providers, one of them undeletable. Restores are tested automatically every month.

Monitoring

No false alarms during planned maintenance; alerts when a backup or scheduled job stops; DNS and email security checks for your domain.

Regular security scans

The application goes through an automated security scan every week.

Everyday use

Daily alert digest

Alerts from the same day in one email; unsubscribe from any alert in one click.

Favorites

Pin the pages you use most to the menu with a star, on your phone too.

A smarter assistant

The panel assistant opens in a side panel with suggestions based on the current state of your panel.

Fully in English

Interface, date format and notifications in your language; the choice is saved to your account.
